As we all know that onboarding process may add more stress to the system and that may delay the hiring process. That's why we came up with a step-by-step process that provides a seamless system by combining recruiting and onboarding activities together. After finding right Applicants, Employers can use our Onboarding System to bring those candidates quickly to the organization as employees. Our Onboarding System handles the rest by transferring Applicants' profiles to HR manager for performing these tasks: conducting background checks, signing NDA, deciding salary, approving, creating & sending offer letters, collecting their health records for insurance purposes by using our Healthcare System.
